The process begins with a pre-construction meeting where we’ll review every detail: house placement, lot grading, drainage, and build schedule. You'll also be able to work with an interior designer, if desired, to select materials. As your home comes to life, you’ll get to see the quality firsthand.
After inspections and quality checks, we’ll finish your home with cabinets, trim, paint, flooring, and landscaping. Before move-in, we’ll walk you through how everything works—from changing furnace filters to using the fireplace—so you feel confident and informed in your new home.
