Dale Dingman | Owner and Founder
Dale is the owner and founder of Dingman Custom Homes. With more than 30 years of custom home building experience, he works closely with clients in the development of their dream home.
Donna Dingman | Office Manager
Donna is behind-the-scenes managing the business side of Dingman Custom Homes. She has been working alongside her husband, Dale, since the company was established in 1997.
Kyle Dingman | Project Manager
Kyle has been working in the construction alongside his father, Dale, for most of his life. He oversees every detail of the building process and ensures each home is built to our high standards. He graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a Bachelor’s degree in Business.
Keith Pew | Superintendent
Keith joined our team in 2019 and has many years of experience in the construction industry all over the US. Keith personally oversees every detail of the building process and ensures every home is built to our high standards.
Bailey Dingman | Office Watch Dog
Bailey is the Dingman Custom Homes “guard dog”. You may hear her fierce barking from across the street or on the phone, but once she sees you, you will be greeted by a thousand licks! She has been with us for more than 10 years and enjoys sun bathing on the driveway and eating everything she can find.
