It all starts with the perfect piece of land. We’ll help you select your lot or build on your own lot, then we’ll collaborate with our draftsman and designer to shape a home that fits the space and your life. Home Design

You’ll work directly with Dale Dingman and one of the top residential designers in the Twin Cities to create a home that’s as efficient as it is beautiful. Every design is reviewed by our team and trade partners for improvements before construction begins, ensuring nothing is left to chance. Every plan is fully customized to fit your family’s lifestyle.

Permitting & Selections

We build with the best. We’ve built long-standing relationships with trusted trade partners who share our commitment to quality. Together, we meet or exceed every building code and energy requirement—including the International Residential Code, the Minnesota Energy Code, and all local guidelines.

Final Walkthrough
